“We are from NY and this was our 2nd time in SA, I met your server Ashley across the street & she informed she worked for you. We came for dinner the following evening and Ashley was 1000 amazing! I wasn’t feeling well and she treated me like a Queen. As an ex server myself I must say she was wonderful!!! Best service !! She deserves a raise !! she was perfect in every way. “Great little hole in the wall tavern. Great service from Sam ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐..... both bartenders were very attentive to the customers. The karaoke was ok....the KJ kept the regulars in the rotation in place but kept putting the new singers coming in in front of me.... instead of after me...??? I guess if you're new you don't get the same consideration as the regulars.... I don't know, it just seemed odd. Did like the crowd and the cleaniness of the place and the restroom.“

“I love the way the bars split into two sides one has rock one has R&B the bartender was very tentative. I love the crunchy ice in the drinks. Pours with the heavier hand. 😝 I love all the decor with the painting paintings and the rock ‘n’ roll style. The cucumber margarita was good, but asked for light ice! I did not get any food But everyone here was eating. They have a live band that comes and they also host live high school kid bands! The drinks are a great price!!! 14$ for 2 drinks!! All the art work is done by Scott and even does live event paintings in house sometimes!! Call home for a portrait or a mural!“

“Surprised this place has not been reviewed much before. All the food has been delicious and service has been wonderful during our stay. Enjoyed brunch as a family and our kids loved it! Especially the cereal options which they enjoyed mixing together. Amelia greeted us and explained our options. She greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our meal. You can choose a full buffet, cooked to order options or two breakfast tacos. My family had the buffet which includes beverages of your choice, a variety of pasties, warm breakfast options and cook to order omelets. I opted for the breakfast tacos and they are some of the best I’ve ever had. Filling and flavorful. Eggs were fluffy, papas were cooked perfectly, bacon had the right amount of crisp and tortillas were fresh.

Ordered off the main menu last night for dinner and also were very pleasantly surprised with all of our meals. Pizza was HUGE! Right amount of cheese, tasty sauce and good crust. Even cold it was still good! Chicken tenders were meaty and the ranch dipping sauce tasted homemade. The grilled chicken sandwiches were delicious! Juicy with fresh ingredients, crispy fries and the side of fruit was exceptionally large.

All the bartenders were great too! Drinks were tasty and they weee happy to accomodate any drink requests we had.

Overall we had a great time at the Hilton Garden Inn. The rooms were clean, staff were all friendly, food was delicious, drinks were flavorful and the location was great. Close to the River Walk and plenty to do within walking distance.“

“Stayed here as a local cause we were having work done to our house. Samantha was so great and friendly. We had dinner at the grill. All 3 of ours Kids ate free and they loved their food. She was so accommodating to our kids took their order and brought their food out 1st while mom and dad had some great margaritas on the rocks! They have great happy hour specials. We ordered fried pickles and they were delicious. We ordered chicken tenders and the burger and it was so good! We came back again as locals just because Samantha was so great and we loved our food and prices. Def will be coming back.“

“I pull up and there's plenty of parking. At first I could not find the front door 🚪 lol. But I eventually found it. It was my first time there I walk in and I'm greeted and was told I could order on the left side of the bar. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with french fries. My friend ordered a grilled chicken with mushrooms and we got a four-piece egg roll appetizer And two big red's sodas. My bill was $45. I was told I could sit anywhere and they would bring me my food as soon as it was ready. It was nice inside but I decided to sit outside and get some fresh air this evening. 10 minutes later my 4-Piece egg roll appetizer comes out with sweet and sour sauce. It was fresh and delicious. 10 more minutes go buy and my entree comes out nice, fresh And hot. Me and my friend Anna enjoyed are evening and dinner at SouthTown 101. I would recommend SouthTown 101 to anybody who has an open mind because you will see things you usually don't see at other places like men kissing each other and etcetera. If you're not used to that environment this is not the place for you. Very friendly staff.“
