While the smells from the kitchen were good, the patty was a frozen, charbroiled patty and didn't taste fresh at all. Will go back but will probably avoid any of the burgers.“

“Worst traveling experience ever! Being stuck in San Antonio airport for a day and I was at my wits end until I came across this restaurant. The lady at the front desk, Laronza greeted us with welcome to beer code!. She had to have read my facial expressions becase as we walked up she was smiling and very cheerful to be working in a airport. There were only a few people ahead of us and she was like a captain or somewhat on a ship. Laronza asked our name and how many and wrote it down. She let us know that she would get us all sat down in a few minutes and went to cleaning tables very quickly. We sat up front near the bar area, the food was great, a bit too warm but this place was very inviting and the food was amazing!“

I’m here having lunch with my daughter and watched a group of first responders walk in. The cashier immediately let the manager know, and they were greeted like celebrities…
Whether it was special treatment, discounts, or just genuine appreciation, it was awesome to see.

The respect and support you show for the community says a lot about the kind of place this is. Great food, great people, and a business that clearly cares.

“This place incredible. We stumbled upon it when the restaurant we were planning on going to had a 3 hour wait. I’m so glad we didn’t get into our first choice, this place was perfect. The best corn and the best coleslaw I’ve ever had in my life. Brisket was amazing, too. We ended up staying for quite a while to listen to the blues trio that was playing outside. They were the real deal, very talented dudes. This place is my favorite thing we’ve done on our entire trip. 10/10, no notes.“

“The Historic Pearl's Food Hall at Bottling, otherwise known as the Bottling Department Food Hall, which includes Park Bar, is an excellent space to grab a drink + take a break from the Texas heat as you are exploring the Pearl! :-) The space is really beautifully curated, and there is lots of seating!! Pearl's Food Hall, generally, is very clean & well-kept, making it all the more inviting!

My first visit to Park Bar occurred on a Monday afternoon (during a holiday) with my boyfriend, and we had no trouble getting a table after placing our drink orders. They have a variety of options at Park Bar (e.g. my boyfriend ordered a lager, and I kept it simple with a fountain soda). I'm looking forward to returning to try some of their cocktails + seasonal offerings!“

“We were there during Fiesta week so they were very busy but they gave us the option of sitting at the bar. Great idea! We were seated and taken care of by the nicest bartenders around! “This is a partial review based on the online ordering process and delivery service along with what part of my order I did eat thus far. So, as far as rating on atmosphere I'm sure the brick and mortar restaurant is fine I just haven't been in it to review. The atmosphere in my home however is good including my dog pawing me for his share of my meal to eat. He's rather impatient at times and keeps pressing his paw onto my foot to remind me he's there.

Okay, the one factor I did not like about ordering online was when you are choosing items for your salad, pizza or other items you are not aware that these items come with an extra charge nor how much that charge is. This only shows up after you have paid for your order. So, now knowing there is a charge for tomatoes of.50 I'm not thrilled that it's 1 slice of a tomato. I know food costs and how they work so they are making a lot on 1 tomato at .50 a slice when that tomato cost to them is .30. So any toppings other then the lettuce is an upcharge.

The meal I ordered was the Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken which came with a salad. I also ordered a side of mottzarlla sticks. The size of the salad was quite ample. Infact the largest dinner salad I've had in a long time. I had the honey mustard dressing which was delicious. Ricky, my dog thought so too. After eating the salad I was full but I did take a bite of the mottzarlla sticks with the red sauce and the cheese sticks were perfectly fried and the sauce was wonderful. That's all I've been able to eat for now. So my rating on the taste of their food is excellent thus far.

Packaging for delivery they also get an excellent rating and the friendliness and timely delivery they also get an excellent rating even though I live directly across the street from them. So when I eat the main dish I ordered and the other meal too I will come back and rate them. I already know one of those dishes might be too spicy but I'm hoping not. I'll have to go back and reread the ingredients to make sure I didn't miss anything. Till then ....“

“I live in The Dominion and moved to San Antonio a few years ago. I’ve been fortunate enough to travel all over the world, and I’ll be honest it’s really, really hard to find a truly great pizza place. I’ve tried just about all of them here. I’m not knocking the others, but for me, it’s come down to one: Fralo’s.

From the moment you walk in, you can see the difference. Everything is made fresh right in front of you almost like a hibachi-style experience, but for pizza. You actually watch them build your pie, which says a lot about the quality and transparency.

If you’re particular about your crust, they’ve got you. My father was born in New York, so I take pizza seriously, and they will make it extra crispy if you ask. It genuinely gives you that New York feel. If you prefer it a little softer, just don’t ask for the extra crisp it’s not overly doughy, just balanced the way it should be.

The atmosphere is another huge win. This is not a corporate, cookie-cutter place. It has a true family vibe warm, welcoming, and relaxed. The staff is always friendly, and it feels like a neighborhood spot you want to keep coming back to.

They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. I personally love sitting outside when the weather is nice. In the cooler months, they even have a big fire pit, which makes it a really cozy experience. I believe it’s pet-friendly as well, but I’d call ahead just to confirm.
And one more thing if you like a little spice, ask for something called the “Little Hottie.” I won’t spoil it… just trust me and order it. It’s a favorite, and I’ve never had a single friend or family member come into town and not love it.

“I came in as a regular human with a normal appetite and left as a changed man. Nano took care of me like we were family — the kind of family that actually likes each other. The food was so good I briefly considered moving my office to a corner booth. The atmosphere had me forgetting I had responsibilities, a truck payment, and a job site to get back to. Honestly, the only complaint I have is that I had to leave. 10/10, would absolutely let Nano ruin my diet again.“
