Amazing service
Derrick was a great bartender and did everything he could to make our experience memorable!
Great food and quick service. The staff were very friendly and the food took about 7 minutes to be prepared. Ability to charge to your room is very convenient as well. Absolutely recommend if you’re staying at the JW Marriott resort.

Rivertop Grill is a stunning property that exceeds expectations, making guests feel like royalty. The rooms are pristine, the staff is personable and professional, and the spa offers amazing massages. The food at Cibolo Moon and Rivertop Poolside lunch is excellent, with a special shoutout to the servers. The water park is fun, and the staff is great and helpful. However, some guests feel that the food at the other restaurants on the property is not up to par, except for the breakfast buffet. The hotel property is nice, with clean and comfortable rooms. It's noted that for Marriott Bonvoy Elite Platinum or Titanium members, there is no club level lounge. Overall, while there were some issues with the food quality at certain restaurants, the property itself is beautiful and the staff are fantastic.
