Great location, but the facility looks dirty. Pro tip: if you want to know if a restaurant is clean, just check their restrooms! On top of that, the pizzas are overpriced.
This restaurant previously provided superior quality in both its cuisine and its service. As nearby residents, we once walked over regularly for a casual meal; however, we no longer do so. Staff members were occasionally rude and, more consistently, lacked friendliness. Fralo's offers a delightful dining experience with a warm setting. The pizza is praised for its delicious, authentic taste, and the spicy sauce on the pizza is the move. This little family pizza restaurant was a great casual experience, and the food was really good. The pizza and wings are flavorful. It is a great choice for family dinners or team gatherings, and is very kid-friendly. The staff is always friendly and the customer service is always good. They have many options for people with food restrictions and are very careful to not cross contaminate food. While the food is enjoyable, some find the pricing for toppings disappointing. The space may not be ideal for big groups due to limited indoor tables, and weather can sometimes affect seating. Still, it remains a good choice.
