Visited the trailer on TXST campus and ordered a bbq sandwich extra bbq and wasn’t told until picking it up that they had no bbq sauce left. I thought maybe a coincidence but then my friend who I was meeting for lunch had just gotten in line and ordered the brisket nachos and was not warned at all that they were out of a very important component of bbq, the sauce.
