I was visiting San Marcos this past weekend and wanted to try something different so we stopped in at Lamppost coffee and let me tell you it was the best decision ever. The atmosphere was amazing. Went there today for a cappuccino to celebrate the fact that my early-onset high blood pressure is now under control and I’m OK to drink coffee again, and, oh my, was it good! So velvety, so smooth, not a trace of acidity or over-roasted beans, beautifully made… the stuff dreams are made of! Also the atmosphere is great - plants, natural light, comfy furniture… too bad I was taking it to go!
