“We had Bahler Street Pizza cater our rehearsal dinner and welcome party in April 2026 and they were absolutely amazing! We had a "That's Amore" themed rehearsal dinner for 64 guests and then opened it up to our welcome party of 114 people — they handled it all seamlessly. The pizza was INCREDIBLE. I had guest after guest coming up to me raving about how delicious it was. My husband and I are both not originally from Texas and a lot of our guests flew in from out of town — you know the pizza is good when your New Yorkers are complimenting it! Their staff was super sweet and professional, and they were so communicative throughout the entire planning process even with all the changes we threw their way. On top of all that, the pizza truck itself was adorable and fit our wedding weekend aesthetic perfectly. We would 100% recommend Bahler Street Pizza to anyone looking for amazing food and an incredible team for their event!“

“Hands down best pizza in Georgetown! the salads are good and burgers are delicious. Not a big floor but we dance anyway. I've had countless good times here. Wes is an amazing bar manager. have never seen a bar manager do so much so effortlessly and efficiently. I do wish the owner would keep it a little cooler in there.The pizza oven can keep the place too warm especially in summer. Roots being in a historic building, he should do something about the efficiency of the AC. Nevertheless it's my favorite hangout in Gtown.“
