What can I say that hasn’t been written about this restaurant. The owner is a wholesome, down to earth and most wonderful lady that anyone will ever meet! The food is 9 stars in comparison to any other Schlotzskys throughout the entire state of Texas!

Based on the reviews, Schlotzsky's Deli is still good after all these years. The sandwiches are fresh and hot, with the original and the turkey bacon club being excellent choices. The pick 2 deal is a great deal, especially because their pizzas are very good and the tomato soup is a hit. The service stands out the most, with multiple reviews highlighting the kindness of the staff. One employee was incredibly kind to a customer having a rough day, and an older lady at the front was a gem, kind, gentle, and respectful. Another employee named Pat was sweet and accommodating, setting up tables and checking in on guests. The customer service skills are excellent, making visits special. Some reviews note that the turkey in the Turkey Original may have changed to cheap meat, and delivery orders sometimes forget the pickle, but the overall experience is wonderful.
