The IHOP in Georgetown has a great vibe, with big windows and oak trees all around. We love their food! The manager and staff recognize us and are super friendly. It's usually busy, so you might have a bit of a wait for a table. There's a big lobby to hang out in while you wait.
Came today and temporarily closed. Need update on open hours as temporarily closed. So people won’t waste time driving here.
If you like the super loud sounds of clattering dishes, go here. The loudest kitchen I've ever heard.

Food is prepared quickly and tastes good, with notable dishes like the blueberry ricotta fluffy French toast and the big breakfast burrito. The serving staff is polite, and the manager is accommodating, making efforts to meet customer requests. The restaurant also has ample parking, is wheelchair accessible, and can accommodate larger groups. The coffee is highly recommended, and every breakfast item on the menu is just that good.
