Ordered food online to go. A large chunk of it wasnt included. Tried to call. No one will answer the phone. Spent 15 minutes on hold. This is completely unacceptable.

The worst place we chose to eat, from the moment you arrive the appearance is ugly, the place is dirty, the wait was horrible, they brought us a plate and we didn't have cutlery, we asked for cutlery and when they brought them they were all sticky with syrup. Discarded I definitely do not recommend it.

Short staffed and slow… not the best place to bring hungry little kids. The last 4 times we have came it’s been the same service.. I think we might try other places next time. As far as the other reviews.. everyone complains about the same thing. I’m not sure why nothing has changed other than management doesn’t care or is incompetent of doing their job.

Long story short. My wife left her wallet on the table by accident. These good people had the decency and courtesy too put it there safe and lock it up and keep it safe. Then contact us and return it. 5 stars for being good human beings. And there omelate is amazing. On point. No brown edges. This coming from a chef who knows. I will be coming back.

Staff was really nice and friendly but Togo is ridiculously slow. Order took 30+ minutes and it shouldn't take that long. Order wasn't even started until after I got there. We can't wait that long. At least tell me you haven't started it yet so I'm not sitting there like an idiot expecting it to come out any minute.

We went to ihop our waitress was d. She was super sweet made sure our food was hot and fresh. She kept checking on us thru out our dinner. Restaurant was clean. Yes you will miss it cause it don't have the blue roof . But definitely will go back again. Thank you d for your great

It appeared that the IHOP in Georgetown was understaffed, either in the dining area or kitchen, as it took an hour for our meals to come. However, the waitresses were working very hard, were pleasant, and were prompt to respond to our requests in the meantime. The food was perfect; everyone cleaned their plates, including two little ones!Kid-friendliness: The kids' cupcake pancakes were enjoyed!
