Not only is the food great, the customer service is above par. I had a little technical issue redeeming an award on my app but the counter person quickly resolved it! Service is always fast and even tho we didn't eat in on this visit the interior has a lot of ambiance!

I hadn't been here for years. It seemed a little bit refreshed. Nothing too exciting about the atmosphere but nice and clean. Food was reliably good. The older gentleman who waited on us at the counter was the best employee encounter I can ever remember at a Schlotzsky's.

The person who took my order was rude and didn't bother to pay attention. I ordered a number 1 for my husband and I was trying to order a number 3 for myself but the person taking my order didn't bother to actually listen to anything I was saying. They cut me off every chance. I asked a question, they didnt respond to it. I asked again and finally a 3rd time. Then they shut up long enough to answer. I had to literally stop them bc they would not listen. I ended up only getting my husband a Sandwich bc they couldn't handle when asked what was on the sandwich. It came to a point when I knew it would be wrong no matter what I said bc they were so incompetent. The lady I paid was kind, apologized for her coworker and told me she was sorry.
