Ike's corporate reached out and resolved most of the issues I had, so I have updated the review.

These sandwiches really are fantastic, even though they are on the pricey side. In my opinion, the extra cost is worth it. Unique, creative sandwich designs, ingredients, and amazing flavors.

The only thing I'll say is to watch for mistakes like missing side orders of sauce or even missing sandwiches, but Ike's (corporate and the Georgetown store) will make it right if they do make a mistake. Their food quality, positive attitude, and willingness to fix issues have earned my continued business.“

“Many Management teams have come and gone. The current one, has the ball rolling. Food is gotten better, tastier and with fresh ingredients. My wife and I love to go get our sandwiches and just chill listening to the great music. It has become our place, once or twice a week .“

“I had never been to a jimmy John's Prior to this last week. While I was hesitant my dear friend insisted, so thanks to her suggestion I now have a new favorite spot to get lunch on the go or just something simple and relatively nutritious. “I am giving 5 stars but PLEASE talk to your staff about making sure people’s orders/changes to orders are exactly as they requested. I was about to give a 5 star review for the turkey club on marble rye, with no caveats, but I asked for no honey mustard and they lathered it on anyway.

May seem like a minor thing but honey mustard is sweet, I don’t want a sugary sweet flavor on my salty, savory sandwich. It made the eating experience slightly less enjoyable. Everything tasted very fresh at least!

The potato salad and carrot cake are delicious! Our 4 year old got the kid’s pigs in a blanket and ate them all up. His chocolate chip cookie was really good too!

The employee who helped us at the window was friendly.

“Carry out orders are always accurate and on the rack ready to pick up. Last time I was in they were out of the chips I asked for on the app but one of the associates made sure to point that out when I was grabbing the order so I was able to select another bag. “I’ve been coming here for about a year now and between the people and the food this place is such a comfort place for me. They hire such kind workers and they’re always willing to make a new pot of drip coffee (loveee the hazelnut one) should one get cold and I was always looking for a cup after school let out. My regular order is the chicken pomodori sandwich and it’s one of those things that I crave on a bad day. If anyone complains about mini Bundt cakes or muffins being hard it’s because they’re made in the morning (I’m pretty sure) and aren’t the best to eat after about 8 hours. Definitely an underrated place though.“
