“I am unfamiliar with the area but WOW those sandwiches are amazing!! I ordered one of their trending specials and got the meat substituted out for chicken instead of pork, and it was exceptional!! I also tipped the establishment which is not something i normally would do but their service is top tier! Would recommend this place and probably go here again and again.“

“I stopped by this Jersey Mike’s about 15 minutes before closing, which I know isn’t ideal timing. The store was still very busy with at least six people in line and a steady flow of mobile orders, and there were only three employees working nonstop to keep up. Despite that, they were moving as quickly as possible and staying professional.
While I was there, one customer chose not to wait in line like everyone else and instead sat at a table. When the staff continued helping customers in order, she began loudly yelling at them and demanding a manager—this was literally just minutes before closing. She claimed she couldn’t stand in line and repeatedly berated one of the employees, who remained calm, apologized multiple times, and tried to handle the situation respectfully. Unfortunately, it escalated to the point where the employee walked away in tears while the customer continued shouting.
It was honestly hard to watch. The team was doing their best under pressure, short-staffed, and still trying to take care of everyone fairly. No one working that hard deserves to be treated that way.
I’m leaving this review specifically to recognize the staff and hopefully balance out any negative claims that might come from that situation. They handled themselves with patience and professionalism in a really difficult moment. Five stars for the team.“

We had a bit of a hiccup with our order recently when the crew was overwhelmed by a huge walk-in party, but the GM, Kara, went out of her way to make it right. One in America, and one in whatever beautiful Italian grandmother’s kitchen this thing was crafted in. Meat stacked so high it looked like a deli counter had a baby. Pepperoni, salami, ham—more layers than my ex-wife’s emotional baggage, and every single one of ‘em tasted like redemption. The bread? Oh man, the bread was like a little crunchy cloud, baked by angels who’ve been carb-loading since the Renaissance. And the oil and vinegar drizzle? Last time I was in they were out of the chips I asked for on the app but one of the associates made sure to point that out when I was grabbing the order so I was able to select another bag. “My wife and I stopped going here years ago because it was so expensive. We could get a sit down early at a diner generally for the same or even a cheaper price. Since my wife and I are older now we generally split a meal so we stopped by while on a recent road trip. We ordered a large Avocado Turkey sandwich meal which included a bag of chips and a drink (my wife had sweet tea). I must admit that the meal was delicious and we had some leftovers. We still paid over $22 for the meal which seems ridiculous if it was for one but okay when you split it. We'll be going to Schlotzsky's more often but I wouldn't recommend it if you're on a budget“

“currently on my period and was craving garlic bread. it was the only thing that would cure not only my cramps but emotions for the moment. i asked if i could have a slice, willing to pay for it of course, but the guy taking my order at the drive through was unsure if they did that... not only did they give me garlic bread, free of charge, THEY GAVE ME 2.“

“I came to this Subway on Sunday July 26th at around 8:25pm and I unfortunately did not get the name of the employee working but he deserves a raise. I came in because mostly I wanted 2 cookies then realized I should get actual dinner as well. As I walked in, the employee working had just pulled a fresh tray of cookies out of the oven and told me those were not ready yet, as they were too hot... He crafted my meatball sub to perfection then proceeded to suggest the parmesan cheese and Italian seasonings because those really make it a gourmet sub. I couldn't agree more. After he wrapped my perfectly proportioned sub, he then told me those cookies should be just cool enough to sell. Made my whole day. That was the best Subway experience I've ever had. That young sandwich artist nailed it and absolutely deserves a raise, or some recognition at least. I hope he's the one training others how to do their jobs.“
