This location really got me into liking this chain of selective subs comparatively to others like it. Since coming here I’ve regretted not trying to come sooner and I highly recommend if you are person on the fence

Founded by firemen, this high-energy, fast-casual neighborhood destination pairs a distinct firehouse-themed dining room with exceptionally warm, welcoming hospitality. The kitchen delivers bold, scratch-made flavor, pairing their signature hot meat and premium cheeses—steamed to perfection to release maximum flavor—on toasted sub rolls with a loaded array of hot sauces, gourmet chips, and their famous Hook & Ladder or Hero specialty subs.
The food is delicious, perfectly made, and always ready on time. The FireHouse Hero is served hot and fast. Even when they make the occasional mistake, they jump into action to make it right, and the service and quality of the food makes up for it.
The employees are consistently some of the friendliest and kindest people, patient and welcoming with children, even offering crackers while waiting. One gentleman helped open the door and brought a forgotten teddy bear out to the parking lot. It is rare to find a restaurant with employees who are consistently this caring, attentive, and genuinely kind.
