To the young ladies behind the counter thank you.. this was our 1st time trying potbelly and although the card reader had an error I truly want to say thank you for waving our meal. A special Thank you to the young lady who I did not catch her name and offered to pay our bill to thank us for our service. Thank you for your generosity and we will be paying it forward.
Friendliest staff and best sandwiches!!! These guys rock!
The Atmosphere is so cool the food is very delicious the employees where nice and friendly.... however if they clean a little more it would be perfect

Based on the reviews, Potbelly is a great kid friendly restaurant with fresh and well made sandwiches, including a cheese sandwich, not toasted. The Cubano and street corn sandwich are good options. The staff is always friendly and helpful, with outstanding customer service and attention to detail. Under new management, the owners are super awesome and the atmosphere is fun and inviting. However, service can be slow, taking at least 10 minutes even when empty. One younger woman shows poor manners, while an older gentleman is always sweet and polite. The restaurant is clean with reasonable pricing, but has limited additional ingredients.
