“I have been bringing my wife and my family to this location for a while now. AB who works here is the ONLY reason we come into this location. He always makes us feel like we are part of a local family. I spend quite literally a few thousand dollars a year buying food for my staff from here because of him. AB is hands down one of the kindest people we have met in the hospitality industry. Will be going back as long as he work at this location. Thanks for everything AB!!!!!“

“I hardly ever leave reviews, but I had to for this one! I ordered a sandwich while I was in the middle of moving and accidentally selected pickup instead of delivery. When I called the store wondering where my order was, I realized the mistake was mine. I explained that I was moving and didn’t have time to come pick it up. The person I spoke with turned out to be the owner, and he personally drove my sandwich to my house. That is customer service that goes completely above and beyond. “I don’t often write reviews, however this place is awesome!! We’ve gone frequently for years. It’s VERY clean which is the very first thing I always notice. They seem to keep the same staff for a long time and everyone is very friendly. The vibe between the workers is always upbeat and positive each time. I’ve come in a handful of times where they are working on a big online or catering order and they are still quick to get me in and out. The sandwiches and ingredients taste really fresh! My kids love it. Glad to have them in Belterra!“

Such a huge mall with so much to see, and Charleys is a must visit for a quick bite.
