I went into Jimmy John's for lunch today and the machine was down could have been a terrible experience but the manager was apologetic and allowed me to get a large cup of ice water which I desperately needed in this hot Austin Heat and then on my way out we offered me a cookie for my trouble and I got to try the new peanut butter and jelly cookie from Jimmy John's and let me just say while I'm chewing away it is very delicious stop by when you get a chance when your machine is...read full review
