“I ordered 10 sandwiches for a company lunch, and after placing my order, the app kept pushing the pickup time later than I needed. I called the restaurant to see if they could have the order ready earlier, and they were incredibly accommodating. They told me it wouldn't be a problem, and when I arrived, all 10 sandwiches were fresh, ready on time, and exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service and great food—I really appreciated their willingness to help!“

“Thomas was super helpful and even had recommendations! When I asked if they could add fresh spinach to my meatball sub he had no problem accommodating. My wife really loved her jalapeno double cheeseburger, she said it was really spicy jus like she likes it! We saved the chips and the cookie for our kids because we were so full from all the food we already ate. Would recommend anybody to come and try this small family owned business. Loves all the art on the wall and the dining room was very welcoming with all the condiments you need at the table. I only had to ask for ranch which they kept behind the counter for obvious reasons. Will be making this my go to spot for my weekly meatball sub craving 🤗🤗“

“My husband and I stopped by after seeing Eddie Izzard's Hamlet right down the street. I got the Damon Bruce and my husband got thr Hollywoo. Both were fantastic (though I tried both and think i picked best). The dirty sauce was surprisingly sweet, and the only complaint I have is that it was sweeter than I would have liked. Did not stop me from devouring the deliciousness, though. I will be back if I am in the area again.“

“The sandwiches here are phenomenal! I’m a bit of a sandwich snob so for me to say that is saying something. I can truly say that Eddie is the heart of this location. His level of care, customer service, and empathy is on another level. I honestly wish there were more people like him in the service industry. Maybe it’s a good thing there isn’t because when you find a guy like him he truly stands out and makes you look forward to coming back time and time again. If you stop and talk with him a bit he will make you wonder if you’re going back for the sandwiches or just a superior level of customer service just so you can actually feel like the customer again for once. Check them out you won’t regret it!“

“I’m not gonna lie I was originally gonna write a bad review. They unfortunately messed up our order and forgot ranch for our salad and ham for our small sandwich. I had to drive back to get the ranch and wanted a cookie to compensate for the missing ham and I was originally pissed walking in.

The gentleman in the beanie and an older gentleman who were working were both apologetic and I could tell they were genuinely sorry for the mistake. They fixed the situation immediately. I understand it’s the weekend and it probably gets busy and mistakes happen. I wish the two gentlemen the best and I left happy and I’m more upset with myself walking in mad

“I always seem some bad reviews but this place is always clean and the workers are very respectful. Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Damien and Mel. I want to shout them out for their amazing work ethic and customer service! The store was super busy with a constant flow of customers and online orders, yet they handled everything calmly, professionally, and respectfully the entire time. You could tell they were working hard to keep things moving smoothly. I also appreciated the teamwork with the other staff member helping with prep to make sure nothing ran empty during the rush. It’s not easy managing that kind of pace, but they truly held it down. This is one of the reasons I love coming to this Subway!“

We were enthusiastically greeted by Iyanna when we first walked in. She gave us a rundown of the menu and for the rest of our time there, was super kind and helpful. We have some dietary restrictions, but Iyanna was attentive, patient, and more than happy to accommodate our needs.

Ari got the Chicken Pesto Caprese and the Lemon Chicken Soup; I got the Chimichurri Steak & Bacon. All I will say is... the sandwiches here are amazing!

When I got to my job I was missing my chips, I didn't have any napkins, my straw was missing and the soup I had ordered was missing crackers. But mainly I had requested my sandwich to not have red onions which to my surprise it was as if I asked for double onions. I went back and I spoke with another manager name Ervey and a worker named Khania who fixed my order and took care of me.
