This location used to be great and now every time I order I never get greeted, never have any friendly interactions, have to wait a long time when there is hardly any other customers, the soda machine is out of flavor, the sandwiches are wrong, or my mobile order is not ready in the time frame given.

Workers are always nice.
The tip screen makes me fee uncomfortable but I always tip.
Found 2 hairs in my sandwich yesterday 🤢

Based on the reviews, Jersey Mike's Subs offers perfect service and sandwiches. Customers use the app to order, and the order is ready within 5-7 minutes. The Club sub and the BLT Mike's Way are delicious. The rosemary bread is great, and a sandwich is enough for two meals. The staff is great, kind, and very friendly. They go out of their way to help with orders and questions. The general manager was kind and helpful, going above and beyond with customer service. The restaurant is very clean, well-run, and organized with a relaxing atmosphere. While the dining room needs attention to cleanliness when busy, it is overall a good sandwich shop with no wait.
