I will drive all the way from Leander (almost Liberty Hill) to this Wendy's on a Friday at 5pm because it's the only Wendy's I've consistently gotten amazing food<never cold or old, always fresh> and the customer service is above and beyond what you would ever expect from a chain fast-food restaurant. I've worked off 620 for almost 17 years now and I really wish I would tried them sooner. It's just so hard after all the bad experience every single other Wendy's has given...read full review

Drive-thru open only but no sign on the door. I got my food in the drive thru which was fine. As I ate it in the parking lot, during the 30 min I spent there I counted no less than 15 people attempt to enter the building and then drive away completely. You're losing business having your Lobby closed.

Manager lady yells at her employees a lot, shout outs to the employees because they always try their hardest. Seems this location might need to upgrade in tech a bit, idk that’s just me assessing the situation. Then again I sit back at parties and analyze the whole thing, I’m still fun though.
