IF YOU LIVE IN CEDAR PARK THEN THIS PROBABLY DOESN'T APPLY TO YOU. All of my other fellow independent contractors, read on...I've picked up SEVERAL catering orders (through a delivery platform) for this restaurant and driven several miles to the customer just to realize there was NO tip included. The customers will add the tip to the order when placed, but for some reason McAlister's never passes it on to the delivery drivers since we work for a 3rd party (doordash, grubhub ect.)....read full review
The food was great. The problem I had was I place my order for the future. It was 4:45 and I set to pick up at 6:30. I got there at 6.36. you would think my food, tea, half a sandwich, cup of chili, would be ready and waiting. We go to the front counter and say pick up for me. She looked confused and had to check the screen. Ask why it wasn't ready yet and she said they were behind and received the order at 6pm. So again why wasn't my food ready if they had 30 minutes. Order was wrong twice. Claimed he didn’t have what I ordered on the ticket. I have the original ticket in front of me which says no tomato and Mayo and you even reprinted the ticket and included it in my second order when you remade it lol. Maybe try to not argue with customers Travis and just fix the issue. It was pretty simple and made me late back to work. I don’t appreciate it at all. They offered to refund me but I won’t be returning to this location.
