Always great food despite the ordering experience being a little inconsistent as it's a new location working through kinks. We had a bit of a hiccup with our order recently when the crew was overwhelmed by a huge walk-in party, but the GM, Kara, went out of her way to make it right. Excellent customer service experience in my book!
This place to so good I would come here again especially after the great customer service from a young lady named midnight she’s handled my food with care and was super kind she’s so sweet and I would recommend this place to anyone I will rate this place a 10/10☺
Thank you!!! They helped me with catering my team. I appreciate you so much

McAlister's Deli is a restaurant known for its consistent food, including tasty sandwiches, soups, and salads. Many customers find the staff to be friendly, professional, wonderful, and knowledgeable, with service that is often prompt. The food is generally described as yummy, tasty, fresh, good, and hot, coming out quickly. Specific items like the New Yorker sandwich, the broccoli-cheddar soup, and the red beans and rice are highlighted positively. The Choose 2 half sandwich combo is noted as perfect for lunch.
However, experiences can vary. Some customers report issues with management, noting a lack of friendliness or aggressive behavior toward staff. The execution of food is sometimes criticized as sloppy, with mentions of a soggy sandwich or bland, underfilled soup. Additional criticisms include the tipping system at the counter, bundled pricing that forces an unwanted side dish, and inefficient drink service that can cause backups. While the store is typically clean, the overall experience for some is just fine, with great food but room for improvement in management and operational consistency.
