“My family has been going to Baris since it opened in 1997 when we lived in Pflugerville. My youngest son turned 21 and requested Baris for his birthday last night. We haven't been for a few years as we moved about 30 minutes away. It was so much fun visiting an old fave. Food quality is amazing, the menu hasn't changed and we were delighted to see the daughter that was bussing tables as a kid is now running the restaurant. Such a local gem. “Brandon the general manager and Johnathan our server were beyond fantastic! We were a ginormous party of 43 people MOSTLY teenagers (band kiddos coming from state solo & ensemble) and we were greeted with the biggest smiles and happiest group of guys ready to help us feed our kiddos dinner! Drinks and food were fast and served with a smile. These guys deserve more than 5 stars, if the RBB is ever back in Pflugerville we will definitely be making a stop back over here!! “My friend and I came in Sunday afternoon. Actually we had intended to go to Outback but it was closed down. Carrabba's was right next door so we decided to try it. What a great experience! We received the best service from Edward. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The manager even stopped and chatted with us. We will be back, and will ask for Edward.“

“My family stumbled onto Mandola’s ItalianKitchen in Odessa Florida. What a delightful restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was excellent. We were greeted at the door by the manager, Chris. He explained how the restaurant ordering and seating worked. We ordered at the counter, where the young woman patiently took our order, clarifying along the way. The wine selection for the casual environment was impressive. We were given a table number and we found a seat. Immediately someone brought warm focaccia bread and Italian oil to dip it in. Our food arrived at our table surprisingly quick. The portions were huge (luckily we were provided to-go boxes when we were ready to leave) The servers were friendly and professional. The chefs were visible as they prepared the food. Our used dishes were removed promptly as we finished one course after another. Then Chris, the manager who first greeted us, came to our table to ensure that our experience had been not just satisfactory, but excellent. Which it was! We are putting Mandola’s Odessa on our favorite restaurant list for when we return to Tampa. Thank you!“

Garlic knots were good, also got the fried zucchini yum and the sauce was great. 12 or more draft beers and sample offered Nice! We got the carnivore and margarita, liked the crust- margarita needed a little more flavor but still was good. Lots of staff keeping it clean and asking if anything else needed! I definitely recommend it, and I will be back. Welcome to Buda!“

“I have been craving some good pasta and did a Google search for places nearby. I learned that this is a family business and the person helping me was so nice. Even gave me a sample of something they're working on. I would have taken pictures but I ate everything because it was incredible. The rigatoni was my favorite. “Give Bufalina their Due! What an excellent experience all around.

The parking is a little tricky and there tends to be a little wait during happy hour, but trust me - it’s all worth it. This is high quality food made with expertise and love. Many of their major ingredients like the mozzarella cheese are made by a professional in-house and it absolutely shows.

The big stand-outs of our meal were the fried mozzarella and the vanilla ice cream. Yes - I did say vanilla ice cream. Don’t knock it until you try it. It’s also made in-house by a pro.

We also ordered the Talarico pizza and rigatoni pasta - everything was packed with flavor. The mozzarella started us out strong but the entrees still delivered.

We will definitely be coming back.“

“This was my first time ordering DoubleDave’s. My daughter’s school was having a fundraiser and 20% of our order went to them so I thought I would try it out. I ordered two pizzas and a salad online for delivery and the food arrived pretty fast, however, only the pizza arrived. Honestly, I didn’t feel like calling the restaurant to complain that we didn’t get our small salad so we just ate the pizza and said all well. Then I got a text that our salad would be arriving asap and not even 5 min later the delivery driver was at our door apologizing. Now we order food for delivery at least twice a week from various restaurants and we understand things get forgotten, but NEVER have I had a delivery driver actually return to the store to get the item and bring it to us after it was forgotten ESPECIALLY without me even complaining about it. This act alone will bring us back to DoubleDaves in the future because customer service is key. But also the food was spectacular!“

I wanted to contact the manager to let him know we accidentally packed up one of their pizza pans when I was sliding my mom's leftovers into the box. Just noticed today. I will bring it back ASAP. Sorry for that; we've been kind of out of it lately. But that was really good pizza, even for Marcos. We feel lucky to have such a nice pizza chain.
