“This food truck is conveniently located at a gas station near Lakeline mall, perfect to go to after shopping.
The menu includes a variety of street food including chaat dishes. The vada pav turned out to be one of the best I have had in Austin, served with the authentic Bombay pav :)
Dahi puri chaat and veg grilled sandwich were tasty bites, true to their name. We usually expect the sandwich to be topped with shredded amul cheese which was not the case though.
Rabbi falooda was delicious as well.
I would definitely recommend this food truck for Maharashtrian street food.“

“This restaurant opened 10 days ago. They have the BEST dahi puri I’ve ever had. We had 2 plates of that alone. Very reasonable pricing. The staff is very tentative, kind, and welcoming! I highly recommend this place.“

“Annadaata Sukhi Bhawa (may the one who feeds be blessed)!! In this day of the commercial/fast food/over spiced/monochrome offerings in the food trucks, Madhuri’s kitchen is a blessing for Austinites. We being Maharastrian (Central state of India), the food satisfied us at our DNA. We tried the Bhakari (for the unitiatated, tortillas made from Bajari Flour), Pithala (spiced chickpea flour gravy ), thecha (crushed green chillies), sabudana khichadi (spiced sauted tapioca), Amaras (Sweetened mango pulp), papadi chaat (this one is difficult to explain in few words 😊) and ukadiche modak (sweet steamed dumplings with coconut and jaggery). This food truck is chef Madhuri’s passion for all food and it reflects in her menu. Each item was made perfectly with freshest ingredients and reminded of India. Whenever you are in the Brushy Creek area or are passionate about food like us (we travelled 50 miles just to enjoy this food), stop by Madhuri’s kitchen and just order each item on the menu. You are guaranteed to leave happy with a satisfied soul!“

“*Update* We have ordered 3 times in 2 weeks and are going to get another order this weekend.... YES, it's that good! We ordered Yak N Yeti for the first time with UberEats, and it was amazing! My husband and I both love Indian food so we have tried several places around the CP/Austin area and this restaurant has the best flavors we've had. The food was delicious, every container was labeled with contents, and we were so impressed with the menu. My husband is vegan and they had plenty of options. They have definitely earned a dedicated customer.“

“I recently visited Bombay Street Food and had a lovely experience overall. 🌶🇮🇳 If you’re craving authentic North Indian flavors, this spot truly delivers that street-style vibe.
I tried the Cheese Pav Bhaji with extra pav. The taste was good and comforting, with rich flavors and buttery pav. However, I’ve ordered it multiple times, and each time I noticed a slight bitterness in the bhaji. It’s not overpowering, but definitely noticeable. 🍞🧀
The Aloo Sukha Puri was absolutely wonderful—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with spices. It was one of my favorites! 😍 The Aloo Samosa was fresh and tasty, with a nicely spiced filling and crisp outer layer. 🥟
I also had their Masala Tea, which was good but a bit on the stronger side. If you enjoy bold tea flavors, you’ll like it. ☕✨
The food tasted fresh and genuinely reminded me of authentic North Indian street food. That’s a big plus! 👍
Seating is outdoors, and during my visit, it was quite windy. While the outdoor setup adds to the street-food feel, it may not be comfortable during rain, extreme summer heat, or windy weather. 🌬
Pros: Authentic taste, fresh food, great snacks, flavorful options.
Cons: Slight bitterness in pav bhaji, outdoor seating not ideal for all weather.
I didn’t liked the ragda, I would prefer Samosa chat
Overall, a great place for fresh and authentic bites! 🌮✨“

“My favorite combo! ❤ The Maska Bun and Masala Chai here never disappoint. The pure butter in the bun reminds me of the fresh homemade butter my mom used to make, which makes it feel so comforting and nostalgic. The chai is strong and flavorful with the perfect masala kick exactly how I like it. Occasionally the bun can be a little dry and the butter doesn’t feel as fresh, but most of the time it’s really good. This is one of those simple combinations that I always enjoy and would happily order again“
