Annadaata Sukhi Bhawa (may the one who feeds be blessed)!! In this day of the commercial/fast food/over spiced/monochrome offerings in the food trucks, Madhuri’s kitchen is a blessing for Austinites. Best ukdiche modak I’ve had outside Maharashtra! We’ve tried almost everything on the menu and this is hands-down the best Maharashtrian food truck in Austin. Authentic flavors, generous portions, and the modak alone is worth the trip. Highly recommend

The vibe is chill and the owners are noted as super friendly, kind, and engaged. The restaurant's use of paper plates is also appreciated.
