Ordered the chicken dum biryani yesterday, and it was fresh, tasty, and full of good flavor.
Absolutely loved the Ghee Roast Goat Pulao at Foodistan! The goat was incredibly tender, juicy, and full of flavor, and the ghee roast added a rich, aromatic taste that made the pulao really special. The rice was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor without overpowering the meat.
We ordered catering from Foodistan, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The food quality, quantity, and taste were all amazing. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared.
A special thanks to Jay, who was extremely polite, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure everything went smoothly and provided outstanding customer service.

The Maska Bun and Masala Chai are a favorite combo, with the pure butter in the bun feeling comforting and nostalgic, and the chai strong and flavorful with the perfect masala kick. The best Indian catering in Austin Area features a large vegetarian menu, with everything coming out perfect, hot, and fresh for groups; the veg keema puloa is recommended. The food is very tasty, fresh, and perfectly prepared, with excellent customer service from Manager Jay. The catering is outstanding, with food that is fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, well organized and delivered on time. The cakes and pastries are the star of the show, with delicious Indian-style pastries and a personal favorite Pistachio flavor. The food has a strong Andhra-style influence with bold and spicy flavors; tiffin items and snacks are quite good. The weekend breakfast buffet has good taste overall. The large Indian grocery store offers fresh vegetables, snacks, spices, frozen foods, and fresh halal farm meat, along with cricket bats, carrom boards, and other household essentials. Plenty of parking is available.
