“My Hubby & I discovered this gem today. After dropping our daughter to her classical vocal class, we had to 'spend' an hour....so we drive around Leander, stop at a Gas station, and parked in the corner, I see this kitchen on wheels, Dosa Bandi. The taste & texture of every item on the breakfast platter was so authentic....kudos to the chef, and her attention to detail! Idlis were soft & aromatic, Dosas were crisp, home made taste, Upma was just right, Pooris were crisp on the outside, didn't leave extra oiliness on my fingers, loved the coconut chutney & delicious Sambhar....plus the great spice level!!That's what life is right? In the details :-).Their price & quality are matched. Customer service is genuine, wait time of 7-10 minutes is as expected!!Great job!“

“I had the tikka masala and my husband had vindaloo both with chicken, both were delicious. You choose mild, medium, spicy or extra spicy. We both got medium and it was perfect. We also had the garlic nana bread (yummy and enough for 2 or 3 people.“
“It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. It's look like Starbucks. It has good dinning area and work place. I had chicken dum biryani and Teenmaar Chicken it's was too good. Always recommend.“

“I'm always on the hunt for some good chaat especially on the days I miss Mumbai. This place definitely hit the spot and I was glad that everything I ordered turned out good. The dahi in the dahi vada was delicious, perfectly sweet and savory however I wish the vada was spongier rather than so dense. The cheese vada pav barely had any cheese and I wish the authentic pav was used, nonetheless the vada itself was perfect! Crispy and not too spicy. The bhel puri was full of flavor, crunch and different textures. It feels kind of obscene to pay these prices for street food though and wish they could offer half portions for more affordable prices maybe? Service is fast though we did go at a random time of day and there are two benches nearby to sit at.“
“Absolutely! Here's a glowing review for the Indian chaat truck:---?????I had the pleasure of visiting here for the first time, and I can confidently say it won't be my last! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with impeccable service and a warm atmosphere. The cleanliness of the place was outstanding. We indulged in a feast of pav bhaji, masala chai, and vada pav, we really liked masala chai and vada pav. But what truly set this experience apart was the generosity of the staff. Not only did they go above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, but they also surprised us with complimentary pani puri and extra pav, a gesture that truly warmed our hearts. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality coupled with outstanding food, but the Indian chaat truck has mastered the art. I wholeheartedly recommend paying them a visit; you won't be disappointed. And special mention to their “Chai”. It was really good“
“We loved the food, got onion samosas, chicken 777, lamb vindaloo, a fish dish, garlic naan, mango lassi, chai, carrot halwa. Our favorites were the samosas, chicken 777 and lamb vindaloo. We loved the presentation a lot, all the plates and dishes were really nice. Nandini was our waitress and she was really nice and very attentive. The service and the food are why we already know we will be back. No photos to share, everything looked good and we devoured it and didn’t take any.“
“I can never remember to take pictures of the food for the review because it's soo good. My favorite is lamb biryani. I wanted to try the shrimp fried rice but ended up going with mild biryani and gulab jamun. They are always nice and I've never had to wait a long time for orders. As usual the lamb and rice was full of flavor and smelled amazing. ?“
