“Fez is one of our go-to spots. Yeah, it’s a food truck—you’ll figure that out quick. But the food? Way beyond what you’d expect. Super creative, always delicious, and they’re always coming up with something new.
The harissa wings are our favorite—they’re packed with flavor and have just the right kick. We bring pretty much every visitor here and it’s always a hit. Grab a beer from The Good Lot, find a shady spot, and enjoy a great meal together.“

“My wife and I ate there yesterday evening, and from start to finish, it was a great experience. The waiter was very cordial and helpful, the food was wonderful, and the atmosphere conducive to conversation, with Middle Eastern music playing at an unobtrusive level. Hoomeyow!!“

“My daughter brought me to Babakebab. It was both our first time and it is an absolute gem in Austin. The food is incredibly fresh, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. The kebabs are tender, perfectly seasoned, and served with generous portions. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. If you’re craving authentic Mediterranean flavors, this place should be at the top of your list. Highly recommended.

“My husband and I love CAVA’s food. One thing to say is that there is an employee (a woman) who yelled at me while I was ordering to please remove my hands from over the glass. I understand the sanitarian rules and I appreciate it but there are ways to ask. She was very disrespectful to me and others as I was not the only one in line.“

“Came here for some Irani chai wanted to try after seeing on Instagram. The place was a bit hard to find but once I found it I was created with a super nice staff. The inside area is nice as well. I got the Irani chai and they were so sweet to provide me no charge. The Irani chai is definitely sweet if you like sugar in your chai. Definitely will be back to try the menu items they looked so good! Love that there are Turkish options.“

“I got the lazeez platter and chicken shawarma plate. I think the flavors are on point. The chicken has this great lemon flavor which I really enjoyed. Falafel was solid too. All their sauces add some great variety to the dishes. I will be back when I’m in the area.“

“Had a really good experience at Halal Hub #4 (Crystal Falls). The food came out fresh, well-seasoned, and packed with flavor, and the portions were generous. There were plenty of options on the menu, so it was easy to find something satisfying. The staff was friendly and the service was quick even during busy times. Overall, a solid spot for a casual meal, and definitely somewhere I’d come back to again.“
