“Delicious! We went to Germany last Fall, and had a hankering for Doner. Lo and behold, there was this place just around the corner from our stay! We both ordered the lamb and beef for our protein, of course! My SO had the plate, and I, the box. Ate mine as a salad and enjoyed every bite with my add-on olives. They have sauces: Spicy Chili, Garlic Yogurt, and Spicy Cilantro. We tried them all. That chili really does give it a kick! If you're wanting something light for flavor, choose the garlic yogurt. Want something in between with a little bite? Go with my favorite, the Spicy cilantro!“

My friend and I had a nice glass of white wine, small feta salad and a Gryo, which all were very good BTW.. Also added hummus, some pita bread and extra tzatzikki sauce. Food is great and obviously they have alot of other Greek items. My friend and I went there for a quiet early evening meal. Girl-time catch up. Helen our server was amazing. “Honestly one of the best shawarmas I've had. The lamb wrap is something else: juicy, well seasoned and you actually get a generous amount of meat, not just fillings.

The salad is fresh, and the sauce ties everything together perfectly. It's the kind of shawarma that makes you wonder why you ever settled for anything less.

Lamb is notoriously tricky to get right, but here it genuinely tastes like it's been cooked with care. No dryness, no weird aftertaste: clean, tender, flavourful meat every single time 🫠.

The staff are always friendly and attentive. And if you haven't tried their babaganoush, you're missing out it is really surprisingly good. The rice pudding is also absolutely divine, proper comfort food.

One thing I didn't expect: even when online slots are fully booked, you can still place a personal order. Really appreciated that flexibility.

“My husband and I happened to come across this restaurant when we were at the Arabic grocery store next door. I am so glad we did! The ladies went above and beyond to serve us and were so sweet! “I've been looking for a great authentic mediterranean food spot in north Austin, and I think I've finally found it! Came to Lakeline mall for some shopping and decided to stop by at Rumaan. Ali was my waiter, really great guy, explained to me the whole menu and gave great recommendations. The hummus was amazing, nice, creamy, and light. The falafel wrap was also amazing. They used a really thin tortilla wrap so the flavors of the falafel and sauces taste more pronounced. Great spot for a date night!“

“I visited Chako for the first time on Sunday with some family and we all LOVED the food!! We were so excited to try the shawarmas and the food was better than expected! Food was served within 10 minutes of ordering and food was very warm! The man serving us was so friendly and even with a language barrier between us he gave exceptional service.
