The manager & crew are very attentive to their guests always ، contrary to most Middle Eastern restaurants .“

“Abu Omar is one of my favorite halal food spots in the Austin area. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made to order. The chicken shawarma is packed with flavor, and the spicy garlic sauce takes everything to the next level. Portions are generous, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. It’s a consistently reliable and delicious spot, especially for late-night eats.

The West Campus location is a bit far from me, so I’m really glad they opened a truck nearby. It’s great to have such a solid halal option closer to home.“
