The kiosk is clean, colorful, and easy to find inside the mall. The staff was friendly, patient, and happy to answer questions about drink options. Prices are reasonable for the portion size, and the drinks come out quickly even when it’s busy.“

“This review is for two things.

First, the Boba from this establishment has always been great. We’ve had it multiple times in the past and we have also tried other places as well but moving forward this will be the only place we get our Boba from.

Story time. I have been sick and when I’m sick I just want comfort food. I wanted Boba but felt so bad that I ended up just placing an order in through Uber Eats for myself, my husband and our daughter. Order was made, drinks were being made, young girl was scheduled to pick it and said when it would tentatively be dropped off. All of a sudden I checked again and the order said it was waiting for someone else to pick it up and the order would be delayed being dropped off. I was a little disappointed but it wasn’t anything crazy, it happens.

A random number started calling my phone and I figured maybe it was Uber Eats or someone maybe picking it up but since I’m so sick I can’t really talk so I passed the phone to my husband to answer. He spoke for a while and when he got off the phone, he told me the person who called was actually a man who worked at the store. He said someone was suppose to pick it up and never came and he asked for our address and said he would drop it off personally if no one came within the next 5 minutes. Again I’m thinking there’s no way, Uber will just cancel the order and that’s it, we will just have to get boba another time.

Uber indeed cancelled our order, a small amount of time goes by and my husband got a call from the same number that he sent our address to and it was the man from the store and he was waiting outside with our order. My husband went outside to thank him and we tried to pay him directly and he refused to take any money from us.

Again, boba has always been great from here but THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! That right there will now make us a forever customer. Thank you so much.

P.S - we will stopping by and when it asks us to leave a tip, we will be leaving a tip in the amount of this order we received today + tip. I truly believe in paying good deeds forward.“

“Just picked up breakfast for the first time at Angel Donuts and Treats. I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else for our weekly donut outing. The donuts are stellar, the cake balls are flavourful, and the macarons are perfect in both texture and taste. Staff was simultaneously helpful and laid back. Very low pressure atmosphere. The only possible downside to this place is that everyone else knows about it and a bunch of the flavours were gone within 4 hours of them opening. Go early, get the good stuff!“

“Milk+Tea is a great spot to grab a drink, hangout, get some work done, or play some games with friends! We’ve enjoyed their coffee latte, secret garden refresher, and taro milk tea. The staff is always super nice and helpful when you don’t know what to get. They also have a separate kiosk for ordering, if you don’t have questions, so you’re free to order independently! “Came in their soft opening day, Oolong milk-tea was delicious, boba was chewy and sweet However when I came in again on Sunday, their boba wasn’t good enough. They were still chewy but lack of sweet taste. I guess because they have been so busy with their grand opening. Hopefully they will make it better soon because I’m really a fan of Sharetea in Houston👍“

“Legendary place. I come here all the time, everything is phenomenal here, I guarantee. Some may say that the drinks are "watered down", but I think they are perfect, not too sweet. They also have a membership program that gives a free drink every 10 drinks purchased, which is very cool. My friends and I come here all the time to hang out, especially since the atmosphere is so cute, and I also come here to do work as well! Cannot recommend enough, this place is my favorite.“

“This seems like a locally run place. The staff was very kind and even swapped out my mom's drink despite my mom ordering incorrectly due to a language barrier / misunderstanding and the error being completely my mom's fault. This was honestly was kind of amazing and is the reason for the 4 stars because of the customer service.

The ingredients, however, are all prepackaged powder or syrup. They would do well to try to have a place to prep so that the lack of premium ingredients isn't so noticeable up front. I recommend this place only if you have a craving while AT the outlets. I would not go out of my way to get bubble tea from here like I do some other places. There are much better options around for authentic boba tea.“

I ordered from their boba madness lineup, and yeah… that first sip hit. Sweet, refreshing, perfectly balanced—one of those drinks you don’t rush because you actually want to enjoy it. Sitting there, just taking it all in, it felt like more than just a stop—it was a whole mood.
Definitely one of my go-to spots now.“
