Gong cha Anna Plaza Austin is a very clean restaurant with helpful staff and a friendly location. The drinks taste great, including really good basic teas and a basic milk tea with oolong. Customers can choose their sweetness level and enjoy plenty of customization options, such as IU jelly. The service is quick, and the front staff are amazing and kind, always accommodating with excellent customer service skills. The shop has a shelf with many board/card games, though not in the best condition. Prices are reasonable and affordable, with rewards that offer free drinks, though some find it a bit on the pricey side. The store is perfect for sipping something cool while walking around the Domain. Staff are also very kind, keeping a lost wallet safe.
