Solid little bubble tea spot in a strip mall, it's pretty easy to miss, but I'm glad we didn't. Some spots are kind of grimy, check your table before you take a seat. The tea is great! You pick your size, flavor, how much sugar you want (I went with 50%), ice amount, and finally your toppings. Matcha w/ brown sugar, regular ice, and herbal jelly is what I went with. It's really good. The herbal jelly adds no extra sweetness. Be aware it's a little bitter, but it went really well with my drink. I hadn't had it before and was surprised. I'd get it again though.

Close 30 minutes earlier than what is shown on the website. Very bad service. I went to the store at 8:30 p.m. and they refused to make a hot milk tea for me. They said the steamer has been turned

i ordered my order here all the time, but today, ive been here to pickup my three drink, a guy seem unhappy idk if his parent forced him to work today but he just threw me my drink and dont even say a word, also i ordered the extra milk foam for my milk foam earl grey tea for a dollar more and there is nothing extra, even less than i usually get :), add special note for them to ignore it. horrible:)

Visited with large group over Thanksgiving break. Easy and hassle free parking. Place was large enough to seat all of us with plenty of games to keep kids entertained. Service was outstanding and drinks were as usual perfect and yummy. This place is a gem.
Delicious, fast, generous amounts of toppings. Have tried several drinks and all were great!

The drinks were ok but the customer service was awful. We stopped by on Saturday evening and yes it was busy, not sure if it was because of that but the girl who took our order was rude. We politely placed our order and she then turned to her co worker and said “I can’t deal with this, get me out of here” if she can’t deal with doing her job then maybe you need to hire employees who can.

It was just ok for me. The pearls were way overcooked and too mushy. I really hope they weren’t just sitting there too long. We ordered just mango green tea which was made right with less ice and 50 less sugar. The peach slush was made with 50% less sweet but came out still very sweet. And the crème brûlée milk tea was made right too. We ordered the bubble waffle it was abit crispy on the outside which I liked but was abit undercooked inside. The price of the drinks and toppings I feel have gone up. Kinda not worth it anymore when you’re not fully satisfied with your drink. 3 drinks and a bubble waffle came up to almost $30. Don’t think I’ll be back.

Used to love this place. But will no longer come, waited 30min for two drink and a waffle when there’s not many customers. They give me the wrong waffle after 30min, and lost my drink on the way… I repeated my order, 5mins later still not made, there’re at least 4ppl working, I don’t know why it’s taking forever. No apologies whatsoever, just told us give us the refund. Seems to care less about customers experience here. Btw, the waffle was burned and tasted bitter too. I told them about the waffles and I just don’t have another 30min to wait. I understand the waffle takes a little longer since it wasn’t my first time ordering. That’s why I’ve been patiently waited for 30min. And all I got was a burned waffle and nothing else.
