“The food tasted OK, season wise. The brisket slices probably were stored in an oven already cut to keep them warm, but they were a bit dried, which decreased the flavor, it didn’t taste as good as when freshly cut. The employees were very nice and have a good customer service manners. The atmosphere is Ok, like any other chain restaurant. We had to wait for one of the employees to clean the mess the previous customers left on the table and under it. They didn’t clean it right away, but when we started complaining.“

“I got the sliced barbecue sandwich. It was good but on the dry side. I had their original barbecue sauce on the side. It's very good! The meat is pricey but all barbecue is expensive now, no matter where you go. We hardly go out to eat and noticed a big jump in prices. It's big and roomy inside and has a nice atmosphere. We had the seafood macaroni and it was loaded with shrimp crawfish etc. the chicken tenders was great as well as the fried shrimp and buttery corn bread.. we initially went for the brunch which we found out it was only on weekends.. which means next time I go out that way it’s a must we go. “Stopped in on Friday April 4th! I eat BBQ all over the state and have tried several of the Top places! This is hands down the best! This is what I think of when I think Texas BBQ! The brisket was best I have ever had! If I could have eaten the bone on the ribs, I would have and that Jalapeno Sausage, WOW! Sides were excellent as well. Best Beans I have ever had! Autumn at the counter was especially helpful with a last minute substitution that was not available online. She was kind courteous and solved my issue with a smile even though I was being difficult. “Stopped in for the Spicy Pork Bulgogi Bowl and was really impressed. The pork was incredibly tender with just the right amount of heat. It had a nice spicy kick without being overwhelming, and the flavor was balanced really well. The rice was cooked perfectly, and the fresh salad with the creamy dressing was a great contrast to the spicy meat.

The portions were generous, everything tasted fresh, and the bowl was put together really well. You can tell they care about the food they’re serving.

The customer service was just as good as the meal. The owner was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely appreciative of everyone who walked through the door, which made for a great experience.

The restaurant itself is clean, comfortable, and has a relaxed atmosphere. It’s also right next to my new gym, so I have a feeling I’ll be making this a regular stop. I’m already looking forward to coming back to try the kimchi fried rice and some of the other dishes on the menu.

“I have a weird affinity for hotel breakfast. The buffet here is a decent spread of super fresh fruits and berries, oatmeal and toppings, yogurts, scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. Items are refreshed frequently. There is also a breakfast menu with plates and a la carte items as well. Wait staff were attentive without being obtrusive. We did have a small lurch -- ordered a la carte turkey sausage, but it wasn't available (at 9am). Small matter -- we asked if we could have a plate of the pork sausage from the buffet for the a la carte price (the recipient hadn't ordered the buffet). The coffee was hot and plentiful, with the carafe left at the table as the good Lord intended. If you order juice, they leave the decanter at the table as well. Quiet, pleasant ambience allows a good conversation without having to shout or strain to hear and a humane start to the day.“
