Great hole in the wall joint. prefer this over the bigger names in bbq
BBQ is right up there with all of the great BBQ places around Austin.Brisket and sides will not disappoint . Place is very busy but no line to get in. We will be back for sure.
Was looking forward to good barbecue, but the quantity was not worth the plate price for the amount charged. To top it off an extra $2 per plate was added on and had no idea why. Called and was told brisket and pork ribs were not included in the price of one meat plate. As a first time customer, I should have been explained about this extra sneaky charge. Disappointed…

The BBQ is outstanding — smoky, tender, and packed with flavor without being overly heavy. The ribs and meats are cooked perfectly with a great balance of bark, smoke, and juiciness. Specific meals mentioned include the brisket banh mi sandwich, which was incredible with tender brisket and soft bread, and the jalapeno cheddar sausage. The sides are also a highlight. The Vasavi slaw is a pleasant surprise, and the Parmesan garlic green beans are delicious. The green chili Mac n cheese tastes homemade. The employees are so nice, friendly, and seem to be having a lot of fun. Service is friendly, and the food comes out fresh. The restaurant is consistent every single time, making it a favorite brisket stop. You cannot go wrong.
