We had a decent experience here. Price of our meal was fair. Employees were all very nice. The BBQ was meh, but it came out fast. Not really anything to write home about. They could definitely use a better rub and BBQ sauce.
I got the two meat plate. It came with brisket and sausage plus 3 sides and free drink. The brisket is the best I’ve had in Georgetown. The baked potato was cooked perfectly, the coleslaw was fresh, and the sausage was spicy and great! I will be back to try the chopped sandwiches.

I don't get to go to the Pit often but when I do, never disappoints. Employees are so customer service minded from my very first visit. And the food? So yum! The brisket, chopped or sliced is awesome! Go to Pit and get you some family owned Texas BBQ!
