“I love this BBQ restaurant. My favorite cut is the beef rib. They gave me "small rib" and didn't have a lot of meat on it like usual. I didn't pitch a fuss bc it WAS my cheat day ?! Overall, the food was great and service was top notch!“

“I HIGHLY recommend Ambur Fire! I use to go grab a burger here every Thursday when I lived in round rock. It got to the point where they know my name! The burgers are the best I’ve ever had! Honestly super tasty! The fried pickles are to die for. The service and atmosphere is so welcoming! Wish they had a location/truck in buda! Literally Everytime I’m in town I go grab a burger :) ? “We ordered Smokey Mo's to feed the Cedar Ridge band several times this season -- it was the biggest hit, by far! Everything about my experience with them was outstanding: ordering, pricing, communication, timeliness, packaging, and most of all TASTINESS! “I ate there for the first time yesterday. Everything was amazing. The brisket was moist, and delicious even without sauce. The sauce had a great balance, and was a good compliment to the brisket. I had fries and green beans with it, both were excellent. The pickled jalapeños were so good I’d buy them by the jar if I could.“
“I have a weird affinity for hotel breakfast. The buffet here is a decent spread of super fresh fruits and berries, oatmeal and toppings, yogurts, scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. Items are refreshed frequently. There is also a breakfast menu with plates and a la carte items as well. Wait staff were attentive without being obtrusive. We did have a small lurch -- ordered a la carte turkey sausage, but it wasn't available (at 9am). Small matter -- we asked if we could have a plate of the pork sausage from the buffet for the a la carte price (the recipient hadn't ordered the buffet). The coffee was hot and plentiful, with the carafe left at the table as the good Lord intended. If you order juice, they leave the decanter at the table as well. Quiet, pleasant ambience allows a good conversation without having to shout or strain to hear and a humane start to the day.“
“Good lunch specials, fast and friendly service. Not too busy around during lunch. I ordered the brisket sandwich, a side of potato salad and a fountain drink. They have onions, pickles and additional sliced bread available at no charge. If you stay and eat there, you’ll smell like bbq for the rest of the day which I have no problem with.“
“I wanted some authentic Texas BBQ while visiting some friends near Austin, so they took me to this restaurant for dinner. It was fairly busy but the line moved quickly. I ordered a pulled-pork sandwich with a side of new potatoes. Both were very tasty. I probably could have eaten more, but I saved room for some DQ ice-cream on the way home. LOL“
