“I stopped by around 10 p.m. tonight craving a Mexican Pizza, and even though they were running low on ingredients, Ander T. went out of his way to make it happen. He was genuinely kind, patient, and happy to help. I’ve had experiences at this location where employees seemed annoyed to be working late, but Ander was the complete opposite. He provided excellent customer service and made my night. Taco Bell is lucky to have someone like him on the team!“
“It's Taco Bell. Add long as you're expectations aren't at the Michelin level, you should be fine. The employee taking my order at the drive through was patient and helpful with all my special requests, and the order was completed correctly when I got it. I was the only car in the drive through and once I paid, my order was immediately ready and handed to me. Can't expect much more than that from a fast food drive through.“
