Thank you for turning things around!Further updated review: I’m not sure where the negative reviews are coming from, but I pick up from here ordering through the app at least once a week and they haven’t messed up any of my orders in over a month. So either I’m really lucky (that’s not really me) or people are here complaining over petty nonsense.This location is worth going to, don’t let salty people influence your decision. Fast food places nearly always only get the negative reviews and never positive ones. “I can’t remember the last time I felt a need to review a fast food joint, but I was so incredibly impressed with the service that GM Celenia gave to me I’m writing for the world to hear. I pulled up in the drive-thru & she promptly & politely let me know she was cleaning up a spill in the lobby & would be right with me. It’s a Saturday afternoon right now & I am not in a hurry to do anything. I was only waiting maybe 3 minutes at most, & when I pulled to the window to pay she let me know she did not charge me anything because she made me wait. I was blown away by her kindness, & like I said I literally only waited like 3 minutes. Anyway, she greeted me with her beautiful smile, handed me my food which she comped, and wished me a great day. My food was super fresh, hot, & delicious. I just want her to know how much she made my day with her smile and kindness. That’s a sweetheart deal right there.“
