“Never buy burritos from there. It's a taco wrapped in a bigger tortilla with queso smothered between the tortillas. It is not a burrito at all. All you're eating is a whole bunch of tortilla. Service was great. Atmosphere was awesome. But, the so-called burritos are not burritos. The only reason they get a four stars is because of customer service being great and workers were amazing!“

“This location is amazing, everyone is so freaking nice, the manager and staff tonight were extremely helpful and polite. I needed an order remade and they didn't make me feel like a burden even tho I felt like a bother since I know they have so much on their plate. “I regularly go here. Staff is always kind. If you have any issues, management always makes it right. The team is very fast as well. Whether there’s 1 care or 8, they will get that line moving. The only issue I’ve had a couple times is that if it’s slow, the chalupa shells will possibly be tough/stale. Really unfortunate because I love the chalupa but it’s kind of hit or miss at times. That being said, there’s plenty of great items on the menu, so there are alternatives. Order accuracy is always on point, no need to worry.“

I stop through here once a week to every couple of weeks to grab my favorite snack and everyone who has served me is literally so sweet. “Manager Mary is awesome! I mobile order through the app around 3:30 cause someone was going to get it and deliver to me but then bailed on me. I called right after to see if you can keep an eye on it. Later around 5:30 I called and got referred to manager to see what can be done for my order so it can be hot and not cold so they offered to remake it and it was perfect. What great costumer service. And meat was good!“

“I must say I just ate here for lunch and I loved how the restaurant was nice and clean . When receiving my order I loved how organized the tray was making it easy to know who’s order was who’s . “The kiosk purchase is pretty easy. I would rather see the menu all on 1 board but I'm pretty old, too. I'm looking forward to the meal and expect it to be as tasty as usual. Unfortunately, we don't eat TB often but the ads are very enticing!“

“The manager, Elijah, was extremely helpful when I informed the restaurant about an incorrect drive thru order I opened up when I arrived at home. He was extremely GREAT in assuring that it was made right eventually because I was unable to return to the restaurant the same evening as he first suggested when first attempting to resolve my issue, which I called about.

I greatly appreciate how accommodating the restaurant and the manager were in this matter. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and I definitely will keep dining at the location for take out more than I have bc of HIS PERSONAL customer service skills that I experienced first hand.

He needed to be given recognition for the small bump on his shift, if not mentioned.“

“My experience with ordering Taco Bell from this location could have brought me to tears. I have had an emotional roller coaster and have bonded strongly with the employees that I haven’t even gotten the name of (February 21 night employee/manager I think). I had spent about an hour, suffering without Taco Bell, believing that I was bested by a antagonizing door dasher, but whoever I was on the phone with had helped me in so many ways, more than just with service, but with surging my night. “What an absolutely amazing experience I had in the drive-through. Jahnae E was so polite and such a professional!!! I wish all my experiences were like this at other drive-throughs!!! The 12 taco order was fantastic!!! The lettuce and cheese were so fresh and overall the tacos were scrumptious!!! I will certainly be coming back here for more!!!“

“I hadn't had Taco Bell in a long time so I decided to go there and it was just as good as I remembered. It's not my favorite but it was very good. I had a crunchy Taco, soft drink, and the cinnamon twists which are my favorite. I generally get a small soft drink because refills are free and you can get as many as you want. I do like that aspect for people.“

“I’ve been a Taco Bell fan for most of my life, so after a recent disappointing experience at a different location, I was honestly hesitant to come back. It had nothing to do with this store—I almost didn’t order at all.

I went inside instead of the drive-thru, and when the first employee came up to help me, I briefly explained the situation and half-jokingly asked if they could “heal my broken heart.” Instead of brushing it off, he immediately wanted to understand what happened and kept asking me to tell him everything.

I even told him it wasn’t his issue to fix, but he insisted and said, “That’s not who we are. That’s not what we represent.” That stuck with me.

I later found out his name is Joe, and that he’s a manager (or part of management). I didn’t even realize that at first—I just thought he was a team member going above and beyond. That alone says a lot.

When I got my food, it was exactly what I had been hoping for—fresh, well-prepared, and made with care. He probably didn’t notice, but my eyes started to water in that moment—yes, Taco Bell really does mean that much to me. I went home feeling genuinely emotional and grateful that I had crossed paths with someone who truly cares.

I really hope the right people see this because Joe represents the kind of customer care that keeps people coming back. I’ll definitely be returning to this location—and honestly, after this experience, I think I’m emotionally bonded to this Taco Bell now. The level of care here kind of sealed the deal.“

“Stopped by KFC and everything was fresh, hot, and made just right. The chicken had that perfect crispy crunch on the outside and was juicy inside. “My husband Chris had finished vending at a market and picked me up from work when we decided to get Taco Bell for dinner, it was around 8:40pm. We were both tired and figure most people are but Sal who took our order at the drive-thru and gave us our order was energetic and social that we really enjoyed his customer service, which is rare these days. “I wish could remember the young lady's name but she works in the lunch shift. Great customer servive as well as black gentleman bringing food to a mother of 2 girls. Very polite and service with a smile and delivering food outside as well. In my books thats awesome. Nobody like angry employees. I didnt see any angry. “This has got to be the best Mexican food I’ve had in San Antonio, which says a lot. The food was good quality and fresh, and it tasted like someone’s grandma made it. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, although I wish the decor was a little more traditional, the food makes up for it. If you’re visiting from out of San Antonio, I highly recommend this place for their outstanding authentic Mexican food.“

“This taco bell is AMAZING. Yesterday I had a long day of nonstop work and I showed up to be greeted by an amazing young lady named Tayler and the other lady helping her (didn't catch her name). She greeted me with a smile, was patient, and treated me with human decency. I know she used to work at the Burger King next door, but i hadn't seen her in a while and i'm incredibly grateful she moved to such and amazing franchise .I've had issues with other employees being monotoned or rude and rushing me but the atmosphere was amazing. “Would give a 5 on food(it was fresh and good) but they did not give me my sauce for the chicken strip/tenders I ordered and I didn't want to ask for it since they had a angry customer already. “A few minutes ago, around 9:00 p.m., I was at Taco Bell, and I mentioned that I was sad because I had just gotten back from my Uncle Willie’s services. One of the employees was so kind. She gave me a passing hug, then stopped and asked me, “Wait a minute, do you need a real hug?” 😭💔
