About Taco Bell

This Taco Bell / KFC is a mixed location. Some customers have great experiences, calling it the best in San Antonio. It is super clean, the staff is very friendly, and the customer service is the best at a fast food restaurant. One visit was a reminder of the good things KFC can be. The food was all at the correct temperature (hot food hot and cold foods cold), properly cooked, and fresh. The staff was friendly and attentive, with a welcoming and kind attitude that turned a bad mood around. The process was perfect, with orders made correctly and nothing missing. The chicken had that perfect crispy crunch and was juicy inside. Night crew knows what they’re doing; tacos were filled perfectly, the shell didn’t break, no lettuce or toppings fell out, and the burrito was grilled to perfection and perfectly stuffed. However, another visit had a very long 20-minute wait. The chicken strips were not so good, and the order was missing Honey Mustard and gravy. The Tacos were good but cold by then.
