Stopped by the KFC on Thousand Oaks and had a pretty enjoyable experience. The gentleman working the drive-thru was quite a character and definitely added some fun to the visit. He even took an interest in my cat, which gave us all a good laugh.
The chicken was fresh, hot, and delicious—exactly what you’d hope for from KFC. The biscuits were great too.

Chris that works the drive thru was so friendly and kind. My wait was longer than expected but because he was so nice I did not feel it at all. Hard to have good customer service.
