I'M ALIVE NO THANKS TO KFC ON THOUSAND OAKSThis KFC set a new low for bad fast food chicken. I came in and it was empty, that should have been a WARNING. So, I went up made my order and was greeted by two employees. A shift leader and an employee. So, I asked for a pot pie, two legs,and a BOX of fries. Now I ask the employee the price for just chicken she said 6.49. I replied yall robbing me and laughed, then the Manger came and handed me the pot pie and I wasn't even done ordering. Then the Manger said if you want white meat will give it to you for the same. Of course I said yes. Then I said to employee don't forget the box of fries, she punches something in and the price pops up 4.99. So, I'm expecting a HUGH CHURCH'S CHICKEN BOX.YOU KNOW WHAT I GOT..PotPie had set under heat so long one side was xtra dark and it was so light on filling, I should have went to Heb for pot pie. Chicken Breast had no skin looked like somebody ate the skin off the breast. That's best part.lol. Leg that smelled like fish and a Large fry with the weight of a medium carton, cold floppy fries top it off.They charged me 19.45 for food that if I had eaten could have possibly caused me to get sick ?. I have Lupus and had to walk Because I can't afford delivery and the thanks I got was foul food. I called cooperate but I still don't have my 19.45, but you guys, I'M ALIVE..THANK THE LORD I'M ALIVE.

You have a one lane drive thru. Don't have people "pull ahead" to wait for their food and block two cars behind them from leaving. I shouldn't have to wait because someone ordered 40 pieces of chicken or something. Have them park in the mobile order spot or somewhere that doesn't block traffic.

Order was wrong and missing items. Called the manager, and he suggested the bag should have been checked before driving off. I can understand why the employees fall short because the manager leaves a lot to be desired. I suggest you take the time and drive to another KFC and skip this one. District manager....take note.

Workers here need to learn some patience, misunderstood one thing because the employee was mumbling in the drive through and another just started to yell at me over the microphone. Don’t know why they’re so miserable but the food is not worth dealing with them. Should’ve just went to Bill Miller.

Waited 25 minutes for my food, inside the lobby. They accidentally gave it to someone else. I tried telling them about 15 into it, and they ignored me. I spoke up again and they finally realized their mistake. No one is perfect, but the guy just threw my food on the counter and didn't apologize until I made a stink about it. Even then he didn't care, as he was tapping away on their order screen with another task and barely muttered 'sorry'. Refused to even make eye contact or care in any way. The girl who took my order was nice but this guy should be fired.

There is a reason I have stopped going to KFC. Yesterday I was in an area where KFC was near & I was hungry. Thought I'd give it a shot after so many years of not going to KFC. Nothing new & no surprise. The 10 PC nuggets were almost chickenless, more heavy breading & barely any chicken. The 2 nuggets did not even have any chicken at all. I had requested 2 KFC sauces, but there was NO Sauce at all. Adding insult to injury, I had placed the mobile order to be picked up via drive-thru, I gave the server the name of the order, and after confirming my name, he also asked to show me the order details and order number on the phone. Which was really ridiculous.

Ordered online waiting in line for 10 minutes when I was able to finally talked to someone they said they missed it so still waiting 40 minutes now these people have no care about customers and on top of that waited 10 minutes for a code to the bathroom The literally hate people they used to be so There's more but you get the point

Beware of this location. Honestly the worst service followed by the worst customer service. I was charged for food that I refused to take because it was wrong and missing items. Didn't take anything and still charged for everything. Will never return Honestly you shouldn't either.
