My wife and I have been customers of the KFC in Georgetown, TX for the past 25 years, However, for the past two years or so we have frequently avoided this location as we were not pleased with the service nor the employees. Mmh!!! Is the exact words my stomach is saying after this meal me and my kids had today!! Honestly the best experience I have ever had in my life. The employees were amazing and they made everything right with maximum effort with the biggest smile on their face, you could tell they wanted to be there, unlike some people in their jobs! Today, I visited the newly opened KFC outlet on Temple Road, Varkala.
At the outlet, orders are placed through a machine-based digital menu system. I placed my order using this system. However, at the time of delivery, I was informed that none of the items I had ordered had been launched at this outlet yet. Instead of Smoky Chicken, I was told that broasted chicken could be provided for the same amount, and broasted chicken was given.
