Why is the menu outside not lit? No light, in the dark trying to read on paper. Get some lights or upgrade to a digital menu that's back-lit.

I recently moved to Texas from CA and couldn't wait to go to KFC again. Unfortunately, the Georgetown location doesn't compare well.I went through the drive-through and ordered an 8pc family meal. I asked whether I could have fries as one of the 2 large sides and was told yes. I then said, No, make it mashed potatoes/ and Cole slaw, and add a large fry. The lady said ok, I said please put in butter/honey for the biscuits (since you always have to ask for them lately) she said out of butter but honey ok.when I got the food home, no mashed potatoes, but 2 enormous fries! and no butter or honey. opened the bucket and the original chicken was so overcooked or old, it was just little brown lumps. the extra crispy looked good, but was overcooked and dry too. basically I paid $30 for a side of coleslaw and biscuits and a whole lot of fries!Word to the wise, never pull away from the window without thoroughly checking your order. Next time, I will go inside to order.

Now I know why nobody comes here it is because there sign says open and there website says the same but I come here to find out that it is not true
So, I was probably the first person there today, but really? Maybe the chick on the drive thru station should've left the Dollar Tree fake eyelashes at home so she could actually read the POS. I only ordered side dishes because I had my own chicken, but she even screwed up 2 side dishes & 4 biscuits. I ordered a large mashed potatoes with brown gravy, an individual mac n cheese, & 4 biscuits. Easy order... Nope!!! No gravy on my instant mashed potatoes, cold mac n cheese... With some hard biscuits & this chick acted like I did her a favor by stopping by to get my side dishes. Come on KFC... you used to be a safe bet! ?♀️

It's KFC...if you like fried chicken you can't go wrong and it's generally tasty food. However, given how much competition there is in the fried chicken market, I'd say they need to ensure they are providing top notch food and service to remain
