This location can never keep up with their orders. The website should say the time it will actually take instead of always saying 17-21 minutes. Not happy with the staff but I’ll leave it at that.
I want to give a huge shout out to Melinda (possibly/most likely the manager?) I ordered a meal last week and my boyfriend brought it home and it was wrong (things happen) I called and explained it and Melinda didn’t ask any questions about what my meal was.. she just said we have you covered for 30 free wings on us whenever. I was hesitant coming to this location because of the bad reviews about insane wait times & poor organization but was super happy with my order!! We ordered ahead enough food for 4-5 people and it was all ready within 15-20min, exactly what the website said! It was a Tuesday night so it wasn’t super busy, a few people inside & and few with carry out orders. All items were correct and fries were seasoned well and hot :) don’t knock it till you try it!!
