“The service was 10/10 but I can’t give it a full five stars because there was no soft serve. The Google images show soft serve and the description has soft serve. We came here and found out that this place hasn’t had soft serving over a year so I do feel like the Google listing is extremely misleading. I would solely attribute my stars to just how friendly the staff was.“

“I just want to give a huge shout out to The Yard milkshake bar in Georgetown. I ordered a big ol ice cream and I didn’t read the description correctly. It was on a slide show so I tried to read it like 3 times to make sure. Well I didn’t like it. I was just going to just throw it away and not say anything but the manager came by and asked how come I didn’t eat it and I told her. Well she ended up bringing me a whole other type of ice cream that I actually liked to make sure I had a good experience there! That’s what you call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
