“I just wanted to leave a review and let everyone know that the amazing employee, Sarah, at the Pinkberry Westbank (3300 Bee Caves Road, Westlake Hills, TX 78746) location was an absolute angel! She was amazing and went above and beyond during our visit on 3/1/25!! She had such a great attitude and did a fantastic job handling our large order that included a regular & large yogurt as well as a few Take Home Yogurts since we are from San Antonio! As she was helping us with our order, about 4-5 customers walked in. She was calm, fast, efficient, and all with a smile on her face. She knocked out everyone’s orders while providing a great experience. This is our favorite Frozen Yogurt and Pinkberry location and we love to drive to Austin when we can because we love the great service and amazing yogurt. Sarah is definitely a one of a kind employee and I hope you all appreciate her and take care of her. Thank you Sarah for such a wonderful experience!! You rock!!“

“Phenomenal ice cream! We were hooked from all
of the flavors listed online. We came in and were able to try an abundance of flavors to make sure we got the ones we wanted.
My favorite of the four was the sweet peaches and biscuit flavor while my wife’s favorite flavor was butter cake.
We enjoyed every bite and it was pretty cheap in comparison to other places!
Now I’m hooked to where I will probably only buy Jeni’s if I need ice cream at the grocery store!
Very happy to have ended the night with this spot.
Also the waffle bowl you can definitely tell is homemade and had a smoky texture to it!“

“We had such a wonderful experience at Zed's! Due to a scheduling mix-up on our end, the shop opened an hour early just for our group, and Sage (the only employee working that morning) could not have been kinder. He was incredibly patient, welcoming, and engaging with all of the kids, making the experience fun and memorable for everyone. Even while managing everything on his own, he never seemed rushed and took the time to answer questions and interact with the children. Sage truly went above and beyond. Thank you, Sage, and thank you, Zed's, for making our visit so special!“

“I had their snowball truck out today for a corporate event with ~70 attendees. Everyone was super excited, saying Casey’s was the best and man were they right! The flavors were perfectly balanced. The texture was perfect and the service was exponentially better than expected. Laura was so responsive through booking and she was genuinely happy to be at our event! I will absolutely bring her back to our next event!“

“Friendly staff! Nice variety of flavors. Had to try the recent special “butterscotch popcorn”, it was fantastic. My 4yr old had the lavender wildflower. There’s small but nice playground out front. I could see how some might complain on prices but it’s worth it. It’s supposed to be a treat yall. Treat yo self!“

“Discovered this place on a whim, as I did not want regular ice cream.
I got the medium with mango sticky rice & lychee rose, both of these did not disppoint. Actual flavor bombs and not overly sweet!

“yummy. had good options. i got mucho mango and strawberry cheesecake and it had inclusions of the corresponding flavor - chunks of mango and chunks of strawberry cheesecake - and the chunks were a good size to where it seemed like you actually chucked a mango into your ice cream as a topping. so that was nice. about 7$ for two scoops in a cup / cone but that’s a good price for it being a small business and the location it’s at“

“As a dairy intolerant person, I have a couple places that I consider very special to me in Austin, and Zeds for sure is one of the best ones! My favorite location is the Bee Cave Rd location and the people who work here are sweet and lovely!“
