“We came in with our two grandkids in the early afternoon to treat them to ice cream. Our server, Bennett, was very sweet and attentive! She had a very beautiful and inviting smile. And even though it’s just the beginning of November she was already wearing Christmas hat. She was so cute!!! She let the kids try the options of ice cream that they wanted and asked which mix-ins they wanted. She was quick in preparing their scoops. She even took our pictures when I asked. This is good place to for a delicious ice cream!“

“I couldn’t find the Barton Creek Mall location on Google Reviews but I wanted to mention Simi. It was my first time ever trying gelato and I am a texture person so I was worried I wouldn’t like it. Simi let me try some different types like the water based over milk based and helped me pick the best gelato for me and that made my experience 10x better. She definitely deserves to be recognized because I could tell that she loves her job! I’ve included a picture of my mango gelato but it was so good I already ate half!“

I am always greeted when I walk in the door, and if I EVER have a question about how to order, the friendly staff there is always ready to help. “Always impressed by the high quality of the fresh fruit. Blueberries- bananas… toppings are top tier and yogurt flavors are seasonal and delicious. I like that they offer hand sanitizer before you self serve the yogurt. Friendly family run local spot.“

“I’m leaving 5 star to combat the negative reviews. Yes the seating area needs a deep clean because it’s an ice cream and donut shop; both of which are made of sticky things that will be constantly spilled. And it’s serviced by high school kids.

But the ice cream is good, reliable Baskin Robbins. They have a ton of flavors. It’s in the neighborhood and doesn’t cost $12 per serving.“
