Amy's catered an ice cream bar for my daughters wedding and it was AMAZING!! With such a large selection of ice cream and toppings to pick from, our guests were in sugar heaven. Thank you for making the day so sweet!!
No joke this is my favorite Amy's in the city. The staff always makes it fun, tasty, and memorable. They are very mature for the average age of the crew as well. I'm always impressed and NEVER have a bad experience. Prices are great too! I'd go every day if my waistline could handle it.
Ice cream was delicious and the gentleman working was very friendly! Ice cream cakes looked really good too, will have to try in the future.

Amy's Ice Creams is a popular ice cream chain in Austin known for its delicious offerings and friendly service. Customers appreciate the short wait times, even on busy days, due to the well-staffed locations. The staff is described as patient, nice, and welcoming, with some employees going above and beyond to provide great experiences. For instance, one server was noted for her attentiveness and cheerful demeanor, even wearing a Christmas hat in early November.
The ice cream is highly praised, particularly the Mexican vanilla served in airy and crispy waffle cones. The shop offers both dine-in and to-go options, along with coffee and desserts, making it a versatile spot for a treat. Prices are reasonable, with tiny cups starting at $6. While the ambiance is lively, some suggest improvements to reduce echo. Overall, Amy's Ice Creams is a great place for families and ice cream lovers alike, offering a delightful experience and a variety of flavors.
